Winner announced for Local Produce Show 2018 Hampshire Christmas Hamper

Who was the lucky winner of the Local Produce Show Christmas Hamper?

The Local Produce Show, organised by Business South and sponsored by Paris Smith, Hampshire Fare, Hampshire Farmers’ Markets, New Forest Marque, Southern Co-op and Cavendish Ships Stores, brings together some of the region’s small food and drink businesses with chefs and buyers seeking to source new produce.

To celebrate the 10th year of this event, early registrations were in with a chance to win a Hampshire Christmas Hamper, courtesy of Hampshire Fare and their members.

Randomly selected from the event’s early registrations, Jackie Sayer, Restaurant Manager at Mayflower Theatre, was the lucky winner of the hamper.

This comes as Business South also announce two new speakers for their pre-exhibition seminar where producers and suppliers hear from industry experts.

Exhibitors will also hear from Kevan Hodges, Food and Beverage Director and Sally Ockenden, Head of Procurement from Carnival UK, as well as from John Davey, Director at Cavendish Ship Stores, Laura Trapnell from Paris Smith LLP and guest speaker Jane Devonshire, MasterChef Champion 2016.

The Local Produce Show takes place at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton on 25th January 2018.
